In order to enhance students' skills and abilities, practical exposure is provided through field visits, study tours, etc. These will help the students to come in direct contact with the people working in the industry and get proper prospective of the various activities and the problems faced in the industry.

Guest Lectures are held regularly by inviting corporate leaders, top executives and academicians to enhance the knowledge of the students. The main purpose of such seminars is to continuously interact with the practising executives.

An event organized by the students of GBS, it serves as a platform for the young managers to put their managerial skills into action. It creates managers out of the young students. It is an event which features numerous activities like seminars, presentations, sports, debates, cultural activities and many more.

GBS encourages students to take part in various intercollegiate events organized by different institutes in Pune. The participation and achievements are recognized.

This is one of the core strengths of GBS. Continuous interaction takes place through various forums such as meetings of academic advisors, industry mentors, industry visits and study, corporate business analysis, guest talks, corporate seminars, etc.

GBS is managed by academicians. It is natural that students imbibe the right ethos, values and personal as well as collective discipline. Parent - teacher organization is a unique feature of our institute. Parents and teachers interact with each other regularly to ensure well-being of the student. This is another step towards helping the students adjust to a new environment and plan for their careers properly.

GBS has a Management Development Centre in the Campus. Several short-term and long-term programmes are conducted for students in this centre. This activity would provide a platform for students interaction with the working executives of top-notch companies in and around Pune. The students will have the benefit of our contacts for summer training, winter training and placement.
